2. Prices and payments: Product prices are in Euros and are shown on the website. Shipping costs and any additional taxes will be indicated during the checkout process. Payment must be made in advance via accepted online payment methods on the website.
3. Shipping and Delivery: Arte Decoration will endeavor to ship ordered products as quickly as possible. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen logistical issues. Arte Decoration assumes no responsibility for any delays in delivery caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its control.
4. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery of the products, without having to provide any reason. The customer is required to inform Arte Decoration in writing of his intent to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returned products must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Arte Decoration.
5. Warranties and Liability: Arte Decoration makes every effort to ensure that products conform to the description provided on the website. However, Arte Decoration assumes no responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from improper use of the products. Any liability of Arte Decoration will be limited to the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
